Goodbye Emails

Has anyone noticed that these company-wide "I'm leaving" emails are becoming more and more frequent? Thanking the company (for what, who knows) and then letting them know they're moving on. I sure hope I'm able to join that list of people jumping ship soon. This company is getting worse and worse by the day and there are more and more idiots working in sales and at the corporate headquarters. There are a lot of changes coming and I don't want to be here to find out what they are.

well yes, and these are the people that have worked there for a long time. they say a person changes jobs about 11-15 times in their lifetime. stats can be found on the Bureau of Labor Statistics. its normal.

Could be these people are leaving because other labs ( like the one I currently work at ) are taking business away and mdl's commission's are drying up for many reasons for many reps. Imagine, if you will, working at a lab that is run the way you always imagine it should be. Imagine working in a professional environment that is conducive for professional growth. Now, imagine working at a lab with NO vt. I swear when working there I felt I was in some episode of the twilight zone. What is the average tenure of a sales rep there now? 3 years? Less?
