The GPS is only the beginning w this shit hole of a company. Vacation sucks, 401k sucks (5 year vesting plan), fired an ASM because he disagreed w Hassel, visual aid use tracker on the iPad, useless acount plan documents (spent 5 days on what is a goal v an objective), share hotel rooms, operations dept is asleep at the wheel, oh yeah promoting a 70 year old product whose price they doubled but they didn't improve (accounts will hate you for it). And now the GPS! Fuck this I'm quitting.
 
It's amazing that JH brags about May being the best month in the history of the company sales wise, yet Lupin is unwilling to show our March data and/or payout info.

3 people quit in May. So far in June we have 2. Seems like by the time the next national sales meeting arrives, we won't any reps left.
 
Agreed.. this is the worst company, I have ever worked for. I know of 4 that are giving notice as soon as they receive the pittance of a bonus..
A company that makes you take a vacation day if your sick. Working Christmas week. No computers. Can't even do your job effectively. Now adding trackers. You have the upper management saying how they are going to do it right and be upfront and give us what we need. Poor management. Stands on stage saying they now know why the sales are slow the last company loaded the Channels. There planning on suing the last company, but don't worry it won't matter to the sales people. You're screwed on our lack of knowledge. They have no integrity.. charging 68 dollars a pill which use to be less than a dollar a pill. What doctor wants to see reps with nothing to offer. We have no new data. Run as fast as you can from Lupin. Everyone is looking to get out!
 
Wow! I heard about this company from a friend and said they may have some openings in management. How is management/supervision? Is it all in India? Shared rooms? I haven't heard of that since the 90's (HR must love that arrangement!) I'm in primary care and even our reps don't have GPS devices, there are easy ways to tell without pissing off the entire sales force.
 
It is all in the US. Also, they never reveal your bonus until after they have had weeks to manipulate the numbers and pay you what they want to pay you. President club winners made about 65% of target bonus and they will tell you it's your fault yet the top reps are at 65%. Do not work here...stay unemployed and continue to look for another job. They are firing people over petty things so they don't have to pay them bonus and can bring in less experienced people than the original people they hired. The turnover isn't stopping. People are leaving in droves because it sucks...
 
GPS.... tracks even your speed. when you start your ignition.. when you lock your door and put your seatbelt on.. This is big brother.. This company is focused on the wrong things. Treat your reps with respect and give them the right selling tools and you will get reps that want to work for you Lupin.. This company starts off by making you share a room Really!!! BS. Sharing rooms after you've been with these people all day. No one shares room at this stage of the game. Making you travel on a weekend for meetings. Starting meetings at 7:30 going to 5:30 and have working lunches. Then barely enough time to go back to your room and turn around and eat dinner with the group. Then you have a VP stand on stage and talk about working full days and you better be in the field 8-5. There getting a lawsuit for firing people with out just cause. I don't think they even give warnings. They just call you up and your gone. They expect you to read your reports on your iPad. They expect you to do excel on an iPad. They expect the best by treating you like this. Wonder why there is a high turnover.. This is the culture they are living by. How in the heck did they find JH ? A used car salesman.. no wait he sold carpets.. He needs to take a course on Public speaking.. The only good thing about this company is Karen the HR manager and Melissa the West manager. Both these women are educated, caring and represent the company well.. This is the only thing that this company can be thankful for... If you are thinking of joining this poor excuse of a Pharma company DON'T.. Until they change the CULTURE and get rid of JH nothing will change. Shit rolls down hill..
