Graceway is so...

Fucked now.

Brett was the only one with a clue.

He did not gloss over anything, and was the only one who stood up to Bristol and called Joel out on his shit. Unlike the others in leadership, he put the good of the company first.

Graceway is so fucked.

I call BS on this. BF had a side job as a "fluffer!"

The imiquimod franchise leader did NOT have a clue. Fact, BF referred to Aldara/Zyclara as just another topical with his countless references to the numerous Acne topicals. He should have really distinguished it as an immuno-modulator drug. He/we really should have sold Aldara/Zyclara in the same way that the reps who sell Humira or Enbrei do, but he could not shake the general acne market as that is where he came from. BF is a great guy, funny and I wish him great success at GSK/Steifel but he was truly underclassed for the imiquimod gig. Should we fill that postion I hope they look long and hard for a really qualified person and/or team.

Did you ever try to help or contribute? My guess is no. The fact is Brett was the best thing to ever happen to Graceway. Brett understands dermatology, and will succeed at a more progressive company. He was limited immensely by his management, which is terribly simplistic and myopic. His only weaknesses (and legacy) is the poor hiring decisions he made. V.C. and L.M. would be under qualified at a frozen yogurt shop.

Thanks for proving my case that BF was unqualified. BF being the best thing ever to happen to GW?? You may want to add some facts to that statement. Anyway, I forgot about the hirings of VC & LM and the other uselss things to come out of the marketing department. Yes, BF and his team did a few great things, like hiring other marketing firms to do their jobs. I guess that is good leadership when you don't know what to do.

This is Brett defending himself right here. WOW Brett, glad you are gone!

Good or not, Brett is gone. At least he made decisions (good and bad) and was entertaining. With pending financial issues, they can't afford anyone with the true credentials and proven skills needed to market Zyclara.

Why don't they make the least productive MEM the product manger? I hear they were terrible at marketing in the past.

Interesting point, but at the end of the day, I disagree. This is not the leadership team or the salesforce to pull off a high-science sell. The 3M reps turned the product into a comodity. And who at Graceway even knows what an immuno-modulator is except for T.D., J.L. and a few other smart ones.

You have your point, but you are wrong. 3M Pharma does not exist anymore, so don't blame them. Graceway bought it from them and saw the value beyond what they did. The job of the leadership team is exactly what their title states, is to lead and to lead successfullly. When the leadership team brands your GREAT product as just like the countless acne topicals how do you expect doctors to view your GREAT product?? My guess is they don't view it very well. The leadership team should have likened immiquimod to the likes of Enbrel and Humira. Do you think we would have done much better if the leadership team would have likened itself to Enbrel or Humira?? Maybe the $800 or $900 we charge would not be such a big deal, especially when Enbrel and Humira cost $20,000/year.

Do you think that the moron who runs the managed care team is able to make a case for imiquimod similar to that of an inj. biologic? What about the sales force, do reps like Bob's son (yes, he is gone, but there are others as dumb as he) match up to Pfizer and Abbot reps ? No need to say anymore. I appreciate your passion for the product, but the organization is not up to par for what you want. Be happy with the results and get your head out of the sand.

3:49am, well it's confirmed you're a insomniac. Anyway, I can see how the turmoil bothers you as it does I. Instead of name calling, why don't you actually re-read what I wrote and then re-read it again to make sure you comprehend it in its entirety. But allow me to summarize my clearly stated point, Graceway purchased imiquimod from 3M knowing how different it was when it comes to drugs in dermatology, a uniqness they wanted to exploit. BF, all excited about his new promotion, decided to attach the general acne drug label to imiquimod relegating it as another "me too" acne drug. WHY??? I guess that is all he knew. So, my restated question is, do you think we would have done much better if the leadership team would have likened itself to Enbrel or Humira??
