I left ACell and went to another company that is small but I can't even begin to share how positive the company, managers and ALL of the reps are. They throw out cash incentives for everything that they are trying to promote. You NEVER hear any of the DRAMA that you see CONSTANTLY on a consistent daily basis at ACell. My ACell experience was honestly terrible. There is no support, no consistency between the managers and the reps with how they handle various situations. There is literally shit marketing. They are not even on target. They turned down multiple opportunities to attain reasonably priced data offers. And to reaffirm, I KNOW MY SHIT when it comes to biologics.
For those of you that think things will change, you are on the same business model when you started that will still be around for another few years at least. So if your not happy now it's not going to change. Good Luck but there is light outside of ACell I have to reassure you. There is a ton of money to be made where there is reimbursement and doing what is TRULY best for the patient. ASk yourself where would company sales be without off label promotion and use. Would you want your mother or father having shit dumped into them unnecessarily so some scumbag can make a paycheck?
