Hardest Workers in the Industry

I've been in Pharma a long time and Horizon has some of the hardest workers that I've ever seen. You have to produce results.

I don’t know if that’s true but I’ll,assum it is, and then ask why you think Horizon reps work so hard…
Is it a micromanaged metric driven environment, or a pure play on sales where results are rewarded handsomely or something else?

Job ABC where you work 20 hours a week and make $200

or

Job XYZ where you work 80 hours a week and make $400
