1st off, Reasearch All hires to date:
-Thia is being promoted as Rare Disease, yet, much of Sr. Leadership and Marketing is classic Big Pharma
This alone will lead one to suspect that Regional Management will also be recruited from the same background.
The disease state is considered Rare Disease.
Now the 3rd or 4th example of another company snagging the “best of the average” as representation to promote a niche product!

Why would you leave your company and start working there when the product isn’t even approved? What do you think will happen six months in when there is no approval yet?! I’ve seen two sure things never come to market even though they said all along they would.

Recruiter firm totally unprofessional, was like a call center cattle call, run!
 
Ask the recruiter how they send everyone to one place to sit around all day to find out if you are still in the running and have an interview at 8pm! This is how Inventiv or whoever they are now conduct interviews.

Company is new but top execs are solid regardless of what the cafe pharma trolls are saying. Great product, already on market in Europe and is huge!! Naysayers are from Jazz Pharma and scared of competition. They have coasted with Xyrem and now they may have to actually work for a paycheck.
