What is not to like? The place is run by a maniacal tyrant with no leadership skills. Team work, hard work are clichés and over rated. Working smart is the key and will not get you anywhere with Nephron. She likes them scared and obedient. No common sense or forward thinking necessary. "What is your sign" and hope you are a Gemini. Seriously, who runs a day care let alone a manufacturing plant based on this. Loved the gay porn fluffer commentary from the previous thread. I also believe a few bartenders and mickey mouses from Nephron also had some great comments as well. Since she hires them she has no business ridiculing her choices.

No one gets hired at nephron without Lou getting their astrological sign. Seriously...... If you enjoy chaos, lack of leadership, Black Friday!!!!!, An Ice luge at your sales meeting well then you have got something to look forward to each and every day with Nephron.

How many sales employees with Nephron have come from a professional, well run organization, fortune 5 or 1 or even a pharmaceutical company? If so how does Nephrons Best Practices, QMS, KPI's and leadership rank? Probably doesn't since Lou has no clue what these are related to in business. Apparently, one good thing about working there is it is easy to fool her into thinking you are working and being productive when in fact you are not. Just do not get caught!!!!! And if you do get caught it will be for some nonsense like not selling product out or your trunk like most pharmaceutical professionals do on a daily basis. You have got to love hillbilly ingenuity. She works with what she has got.
 


So glad to be out of there. Was a good foot in the door to pharma. Really..... not much else. Poor management as most of them lived in fear of Lou. So, you could never count on your manager for anything except running and hiding.

Never really understood the inability to bring products to market. Always the last to make a showing. Budesenide anyone???? Last, Last, Last. Not the best position to be in considering it is a generic company.

What was the deal with the over the counter and hocking short dated S-2 to pediatric physicians!!!!!!!! Holy Cow!

Is it still one big revolving door. Some things will never change. Very dark and depressing, repressive environment to have to be exposed to but then again that is a choice.

Working for a professional firm with a good reputation and people at corporate that you can respect is refreshing. No more working for someone who has to go and get some dignity as opposed to already having it. Oh wait, she has to purchase generic dignity as no name brand would have her.

Coming from a person with a degree, that made it out that company and is doing just fine...The biggest problem with Nephron is that they don't value education. You have UCF, USF and Valenica in the area. They could hire graduates from those schools but instead they hire cousins, brothers, friends, etc. That dilutes the talent at nephron. It all starts with Michelle Brady, she believes that they can put anybody in any position and they will do just fine. They made security guard an engineer (he messed up big time) and a person from "clean team" was moved to Micro (another massive mistake). It takes years for someone to understand micro but at nephron they can teach you in a week o_O. I maintain that as long as Michelle Brady is running HR, Nephron will struggle. Michelle hires on the cheap, that's why she hires family members because she knows they need nephron. Just look at all the people laid off, they are struggling finding jobs, even getting interviews because they were in positions they had no business in, in the 1st place. A great cast can overcome Lou but a bad cast with Lou leads to 500+ layoffs and multiple recalls :cool:.

In order to work for Nephron, education is not a factor. Number one is "what astrological sign you are under". Second you should be a single mother and last but certainly not least, blond and preferably female. That is it. Enough said.

That is a unique set of requirements. Is there any wriggle room on the single mom issue? Is it possible to fake this or do they have to see the kid?

She is an idiot you can fake it just like the blond hair. One thing you cannot fake is your sign. That is real important to Lou Lou Belle. Because, we all know how important it is to be a Gemini. No, seriously you cannot make this rhetoric up. This is a bona fide with her Unreal, have you ever heard of such nonsense..... So, when she is not fixating on your astrological sign she might be conjuring up a spell, riding her broom or playing with a Ouija board.
 


It sounds like someone just got fired. Don't worry, you are in good company with half of Florida and South Carolina. The truth is coming out. All you have to say in your next interview is that you worked for Nephron and your interviewer will give you a knowing sad nod.
