They are and they're probably better off. I was never surrounded by as many brilliant, dedicated employees as I was when I was there. It was a shame Michael undermined, bullied and gave flat out bizarre instructions to the point of driving everyone away (also, occasional hiring of people he met at Starbucks for key roles, got pretty tiring too). I still haven't worked with a metric reporting system within a light year of being as good as HD's was a decade ago. If they grew on that and cut out the megalomania, they're probably a pretty good CRO at this point.
