Cut me some slack..I've been managing a generic sales force my whole life...
I've made a mistake...I've cheated and lied to you experienced reps..I guess I didn't realize relationships were important , I'm still trying to figure out which buttons to push... How do I keep the handful of you that are left?
Ah yes..the new ones like myself...I'm comfortable surrounded by you because you are equally clueless...I know I have made a mistake treating you like dummies but you are the easiest to manage and you keep my ego large and comfy.... I need you...how do I keep you here?
