Buying the cheapest equipment possible, under paying employees, and keeping vans that are so run down they couldn't reach 60mph rolling down hill with a stiff wind pushing them....

Tim is no longer the problem. It is his new COO, Robin Menchen, along with Jackie's Decries, Jimmy Sap. They sit around and tickle each other's poised attitude and singinf how great I art all day. They run the dam company in the ground and blame the staff. They failed their people.

I agree with your assessment. Incompetence and hubris are the status quo in that office... It would be funny if so many employees and patients didn't count on them to do THIER jobs. However, Tim Pigg is the CEO and ultimately responsible
