It is true now. What happened to our leadership? Only the suck ups get promoted. No meaningful conversations. Actually had the Onc leadership IGNORE the number 1 district and give that title to his buddy. Said its not about numbers!! Good to know. So much favoritism and good old boys in Onc. Only way to succeed is pucker up

Pucker up buttercup!! Are you still currently in Onc? Have you talked to HJ or KH? They ignore you? Ask you what you’d like to do when you made a “report”? Do you feel “THEY\THEM” HR is the mucho problemo? You should
Get together w the few soldiers that aren’t the 12 yo”s (get some tenured reps..yes just a few exist) in WH…just saying misery (hr)loves a army of reps that sing the same song and won’t shut up..maybe then leadership will wake tf up. Prob not, but everyone loves Charlie Sheen, during his downward spiral . #tigersblood #ViaViatris
 


You are right! HR is the issue in Onc. The favoritism is overwhelming. If you arent in the Bro Club you will be ignored and overlooked. But HR just laughs. They have been told over and over again by female reps what a toxic environment Onc is, but no one care. SOS is in charge and JS allows it. SOS has been more bold in his aggressive flirting towards the young reps. Maybe one of them will report is behavior. I bet HR will not care.
 






What do you do when HR is the issue? Oncology is a joke. You have to be in the bro club or you will be ignored and belittled. SOS has his favorites. They are the worst. Non performers, but willing to tell him he is the best. He is a sexist a$$. If you want to be in Onc. Be prepared. You dont have to work, but pucker up to 1 guy with a fragile ego. MANY women have gone to HR. They refuse to do anything.
 


Until Oncology HR wakes up and realize they are allowing the sexist attitudes to run this division, nothing will change. Just quit. Many have gone to HR they just ignore every woman and smile and giggle with the stupid man in leadership. Until HR in Oncology Is replaced great women will continue to leave Viatris.
