What’s the salary max for incoming SM (derm) position? For seasoned pharm rep.
Is there a pension?
What’s the 401K match?
Profit share?
Car options? Will I more than likely get someone’s old COVID infested car or be able to order new one?
Ride alongs?
Vaccine mandate?
PODS or Lone Ranger?

Please share the good, bad and the ugly.

Don’t be a witty hater and tell me to ask recruiter or ask during my interview.
Just be cool. Thanks ya’ll!

I interviewed with them before covid. I don't know about the vaccine. What I do know for sure is they won't pay a base higher than $65/70k.. Bonus is not based on sales and from what the team of reps I shadowed with said, hardly anyone gets a bonus and it's rigged to be unattainable. The admin work is heavy and you are tracked with the ipad. They don't give you any time to manage the sampling end which is like a full-timee job in warehousing. If you like receiving skids of samples and enjoy the manual labor of receiving an entire load that an 18 wheeler truck holds.

It's worse than your first Primary Care job. The storage units are the size of 2 car garages and there is no way one person can warehouse and maintain that many samples... Never in my life have I seen samples to this extreme. I am not sure how you would be able to springboard to another job since you are not paid on sales and your bonus is based on market share which makes no sense.

The bucket seats are great. Especially if you order the velvet. Unloading over 1,000 pounds of boxes (2 fully packed pallets) in to a double garage size storage unit every month is even better. Good luck with your interview. Don’t forget to ask the hiring manager about the outstanding bonus plan. It’s simply amazing. If you do get the job be sure to purchase a back belt, gloves, box cutter, and industrial cart to bring all the samples in to offices.

you get a chevy equinox... it's junk.. this is a great job if you are at the end of the line and about to retire. this is an ok job if you don't need to worry about getting another job. it's not sales and there is no way you can spin this into a sales position when all you have is market share numbers... the amount sampling is insane.

Skin Health Advisor (the new title) for the 2 brands is a great job. Hopefully you have a second income in your household. Otherwise that very low salary could be challenging to live on. Yes, there are a lot of samples and warehouse work at storage unit.
