What is the oncology culture like at Incyte? I've heard that it is becoming more like PC. The posted salary range seems a bit weak for an experienced rep at a smaller company. What is the target bonus and is it realistic? I'm not finding compelling reasons to leave my current role for Incyte unless the culture, management and IC is worthwhile. Appreciate honest feedback.
