Here we go again, again............Back-order issues

The back-orders and forced back-orders are really picking up steam again. Across the product spectrum as well. Why can't this company support the business we have? It has been nothing but a fight since the merger.

A question? If the company can’t cover our implant needs for surgery and we are forced to leave to support our surgeons and families how can they enforce our non competes?

They probably can't.....if you have deep pockets to withstand their inevitable lawsuit. Face it, this company has sucked for years and continues to do so.

Deal with it.

We are being asked to have our surgeons proceed with surgery while implants are being couriered to the account. Morally and ethically wrong...total sellouts and we all know it but somehow justify it!

The solution is simple: just have your Distributor add to his DI. Only thing is the company will screw him over with inventory charges....lol.

But Wall Street will be happy!!!

Not quite that simply. We are a company store and we simply can’t get product because it’s not available. We have 1-2 items in our area that are tough to get and they are run around by our drivers all day everyday. Our managers won’t push

I don’t understand the “ forced backorder” that comes two days later, if they have it, send it, if they don’t , don’t . This to me actually makes it even more confusing day to day planning for cases , because true backorders and forced backorders appear the same in the reports . It actually makes it even more difficult planning for cases?
