Mike Sullivan and Derrick Jones is running things now. Yeah almost every new rep I have spoken with is looking for new opportunities. It's a very weird feeling right now. Comp plan is bad, and the culture is poor. I really hope the leadership team can improve things quickly.

Caris alienates customers as soon as they send a request because the client services department bugs the shit out of them. Sad.
