Hiring failures

What is it with Teva executives making up positions then giving them to their friends without interviewing far more experienced and competent applicants.

More corrupt and incompetent behaviour.

I’ve seen a number of excellent employees apply for internal jobs at Teva - they don’t get an honest interview and then no feedback for months until someone who is of a far lower calibre but used to work with the hiring executive turns up in the position.

Then HR send an email to the unsuccessful candidates saying that they didn’t get the job.

I just interviewed with a manager who has THE WORST God complex I’ve ever seen. Trashed the training dept and basically said I would learn from them. Then proceeded to ask about product specific that would only be known if one had the VA in their hand. Just stunned
