Holstine was fired for cause! Unlike the dozens of folks he fired for personal reasons. He was never able to garner the respect from his teams or from his peers in senior management. His counterparts despised him and were instrumental in saving several folks he attempted to screw over.

Seems like there is instability all over the organization. I believe people in that position should be there a minimum of 5 years. He was there for a little over 1. Lots of firings below him and now he's fired. Anyone looking to join this organization would be crazy.
