Lilly has the worst managers in the industry. This is known. Most of them are DEI. It takes no experience, leadership, education, or business acumen to become a manager at Lilly. All you need to be is diverse and you will be predetermined to manage at Lilly. Lillys management training program is God-awful. The predetermined ones that go through this program (the people I mentioned above) are indoctrinated to somehow think they are fit to lead because they took a 1 year development program within Lilly.

CMH division: No one can speak up because they rarely send out surveys and you surely cannot complain to your manager about leadership and absurd metrics/goals. No safe space here. Horrible culture, horrible leadership.

And yeah, all these shitty ass managers make it even worse.
So most all of us a just milkin‘ the system, tryin to hit DT. Hardly anyone really GAF about performance when some dumb manager is just going to give an award to their rep that has some sad ass story. Or worse, they give an award to some suck ass rep in hopes that will motivate them to do better and then hope their good reps keep working hard.
Guess what. Fuck you. I quite quitted like most everybody else.

So take your old saggy ass somewhere else and white knight there
