I thought this entire team was the best of the best and products of the Scientific Hiring Process. Now you admit you've got major slackers who took the pandemic to sit back and do vacation mindset. Got reps would be talking to accounts etc. Weren't these the reps that had relationships and guarantee huge script numbers per week?  Looks like somebody failed the interview process.  The RD's are equally to blame. They've all the business plans and target lists along with strategy and managed care and thought leaders. What have they been doing ? Don't they understand market or to interpret the information? These questions need to be answered before the iceberg dead ahead is hit.
