How do I get a job with Ceva

Someone please help me--who do I send my resume to? I dont want my resume to get lost in the crowd upon applying on the Ceva website. Any help would be appreciated! I really need a job and I've read all the negatives, so I understand what's going on.
 


Drink too much, have no ethics, be gullible and put Fort Dodge on your resume. Also, tell Jeff McCaughey, Dieter and Vanbuskirk that they are super smart...they will believe you....or pump gas, I recommend pumping gas.

If you really need a job I would suggest you continue to explore other options. I say this because management will sniff your desperation out soon enough and if you perform average or above they will drop larger unattainable goals on you... if you perform below average you will be put on PIP quickly and ultimately back where you are today - jobless! Only difference is now you have to explain to your next interviewer that a.) your numbers were in fact horrible and track record completely fabricated or b.) you are a job hopper.

Stick it out and continue searching and use recruiters wherever you can! Then again, you can always go with the other post suggested career 'BK'.
