Here is how Flex Time works:
1. You get paid $25 per signature per office. $20 for signature, and $5.00 for gas per office.
2. You are expected to reach 100% of your offices while running your vehicle into the ground, and paying for car maintenance, tolls, meters, etc out of your own pocket with no reimbursement. Simply put all you get is the $25 & nothing else. But you better make sure you make enough calls & get those signatures to offset your personal expenses or you will be taking a loss.
3. This position for the flex time rep is purely profit or loss situation.
4. NEVER EVER under any circumstances sacrifice your safety while driving. There are NO DEATH BENEFITS. NOT A PENNY. You die and your family is shit out of luck. Although, I understand that OnCall will send a sympathy card to your family saying they are sorry for your loss.
5. Lastly, the above is not really something that you will really make out very well with, but under the circumstances something is better than nothing. OnCall has the best deal while (and don't look to closely because it isn't such a great deal for the rep!) you don't. If you accepted this job then you accept the above, and if you decide it is a shitty deal, then move on. It is what is!
