Just out of curiosity, because I know the ELT see these posts, how is this information relayed? Does Marna sit there in the meeting and just read these posts out loud? Perhaps some role-play is involved in these circle-jerk leadership meetings when review these? Or are they selective with what they show Jim? Shhhhhh don’t tell Jim the leaders he chose are destroying any chance of this company saving its reputation. You are hemorrhaging good employees that can actually grow the business and you let these fools push them out?!? Just terrible decision making from the top down.
I feel like the Captcha to post on here is the equivalent of how the ELT is chosen. “Is the cat on the left or right?” “Um left”….. correct, here is your golden parachute! “What animal is in the picture?” “Doggie” YESSSS …. Clearly VP material!
 


It goes hand-in-hand with these ridiculous “annual reviews” What exactly gets reviewed? And how is it applicable? I know of several people that have been “top performers” year after year and then out of nowhere they’re “let go” or leave on their own accord. Hello? Why are you pushing these “top-performers” out? They are the ones doing all the work! Employee recognition goes a long way! Constantly shitting on your top performers, no wonder this place is a dumpster fire. Look at the numbers, your coveted ELT is a joke, where is their annual review? When SC doesn’t come remotely close to hitting his numbers, where is the consequence? When the other SC loses TWO teams in their entirety, what happens then? When the head of HR is disclosing confidential information, where’s that in the annual review???
