Oh it is very clear this company doesn't give a damn about us. It is so sad. They never really acknowledge that this is a rough time. Instead they have us trying to get new patients, and tell us that we are not trying to get new starts in the same breath. They have zero empathy for how we are feeling with all of this uncertainty.
