How is Insmed to work?

Will depend on your manager and in next year there will be several newbies. Our C-Suite is stacked and company has strong leadership and plan. VP-Sales and Area Directors are suspect, although West AD is new and I believe her to have significant upside. On East it’s either been in it for themselves, or words without action depending on who it has been.

With all that, I’d still sign up to work here if I had a chance for a do-over.

Thanks for the info.

Heard from a friend who knows the West AD that she is narcissistic and a control freak. Any RD that gets hired by her watch out.

That must be insmed’s requirement because I worked with the mid west or Ohio valley ad (not sure of her title) and said the same thing about her. She was let go from her last job after I quit. She made my life a living hell. If you kiss her arse and do everything she wants, you’re fine but as soon as you question you are toast. I questioned a company policy that she wasn’t following and therefore I questioned her authority and became her target. Watch out is all I’m saying. You’ll figure out who it is pretty quickly.

Idiot reps

Is Insmed a good place to work? I see several positions posted.

No it’s not. They fire people like they change underwear. They have unrealistic expectations and they are two faced people. Bunch of fakes at this company. One of the worse companies I worked for. Culture has changed as the company gets bigger.

You must not change your underwear much. Just saying. Been here a long time and it just doesn't happen that often.

Met her this week. WTF. If this is who is going to represent preserving our culture and the rest of new leadership hires, its an omen of big pharma to come.

I am interviewing and was curious what kind of company cars do they offer? Not that it’s a make or break for the job, but my wife has a very small company car and I was hoping Insmed gives us the option for a larger car/SUV. If not, I’ll just have to lease a larger one for the family.

I get it that it’s a company car and I would feel fortunate to be getting one, it’s just an honest question for planning purposes.

Went through the interviews this week. Most of the interviewers seemed nice with the exception of s woman and man combo. She was especially bad. If I was interviewing for her I would have pulled out of contention. Company seems to have a lot of potential.
