How is it to work as a rep here?

It’s a decent company with a good life saving product but managed care can be tricky as it’s distributed through a specialty pharmacy and you are competing in a generic market. Quotas tend to be high and management will pip you if you miss quota twice. Turnover is high but if you like a challenge and high risk/high reward, this is the place for you! I’ve been here over 2 years and making the most of it!

Really? This is the problem with most modern pharmaceutical and biotech companies. managed care dictates everything as does access. As time goes on both continue to be ridiculously challenging. Organizations need to reevaluate how they do business…just pay reps less that’s fine. Just make quotas as realistic and subject to the modern environment that we currently live in

Be careful if you accept a job here. It’s a numbers or else culture and over half my training class was gone within a year. The RBDs are ok but the executive leadership leaves little to be desired and masquerade pips like they are going out of style. If you need a job, you can get one here. Just don’t stop looking for a better one!

There's been A LOT of change and restructuring. While the RBDs are decent, the executive leadership leaves much to be desired. It may be wise to keep exploring other opportunities.
