How is the turnover here?

What's up with the Seattle and Seattle South psychiatry territory manager always being open. I see these two positions open every six months. Is turnover that great all over the country?

Pay could be better so I'm trying to leave. My last job, you lived somewhere expensive and they paid locality pay. Only took this job because my wife got her dream job states away. Lost 25k on my salary and bonus at the time of hire was 15k less annually. Turnover in my opinion is above average.

We have no turnover! We love it here! Where else can you go that management knows you work only a few hours a day and are OK with that! No, there are other companies out there that pay more and some way more, but what price can you put on your free time? Just stay in the middle of the rankings, not too high and not too low so as to be in the spotlight , and you will be fine. Volunteer when you can, kiss your manager’s ass, and be nauseatingly positive.

What's up is the manager is a terror to work for!
Not true - the manager is new and isn’t it weird that these reps keep turning over thru about 4 different managers? The reality is we just keep getting bad reps that sell a bill of goods during interview. Some of the Pacific Northwest cries all the time - they are lazy-just do your job!

Amen brother! Lundbeck is THE PLACE TO BE if you’re lazy, a liar and cheat. Yes, you can make more money elsewhere but at what price. Working a full day? I dont think so! You are right, you can’t put a price on time, time to go to the gym or pick up your kids from school, or be a volunteer, or just enjoy a lazy day on your porch at home. Fortunately our managers are just as bad with their fake field days! The above poster is 100% on the money!

There won’t be any turnover here until I say so. Keep following my lead and believing in our mission until I say differently.
