Great movie. Terrible line though. A bad mixed metaphor, refers to little light, so a career dissipation light would get smaller..should..start to dim, not brighen up. Even if it did brighten, then, well, it would get bright. Not be a small light in corner of eye. A light doesn't go into High Gear. Lightsdont have gears. Careers fade, they dim, flame out. Lol..it just one of the worst lines in movie history. Oh they meant well, it sounds so dramatic but truly a terrible line. A small light going into high gear? Puh-leeze!
