How many are looking to get out?

My guess is that most put resumes out this week, worried that we may all need to find new jobs and quick. I sent mine out and within 2 days started to get responses back which I was pleasantly surprised at. So far, nothing that I would really like to do, but all would be a raise, better benefits, and equity in the company. So it looks like there is light outside of Auxilium. Clearly they do not value the Salesforce here and are doing nothing to make sure that the top people stay. While I'm happy the our division was spared during this layoff, I'm not naïve and know that we could be next. There is nothing here to keep me loyal, no real equity, goals are set so that very few will actually achieve IC goals..... yet somehow the company hits theirs. 401K is worthless, but medical is okay. ESOP may be the only real benefit that is worthwhile here, but that can be shaky depending on our stock.

Good luck to those that we lost this past week, your efforts with Testim, did build this company.
