How many interviews?

Finished all the interviews!
Next step is references I think.
So excited. It has been a super smooth process. Had a great experience with all the recruiters I have worked with. Really enjoyed everyone I have spoken to with the company. Definitely high caliber. Very impressed. But of course, no one on here wants to hear good things. So I posted my experience.

So far I have had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, then I moved on for a phone screen with the hiring manager (some areas do not have the hiring managers in place just yet). I then had a zoom interview with the hiring manager and another manager in training. I am now in que waiting to have a zoom with the area director. The interview process is different around the country. It has been a long process so be patient. Start dates most likely will not be until early next year.

I too have completed everything. Even the reference check. Now silence. I was still told end of October. Maybe they are opening certain areas first.

Anything thsy are focusing on specifically? Existing neuro relationships? Virtual selling skills? I gave a interview with hiring DM next Friday, looking for any insight.

Why are they interviewing at all if the job does not start till next year?
I went through seven interviews. So sick of recruiters
seeking you out with great enthusiasm and then not responding. Good thing they are not reps, because this is poor customer service. What goes around comes around.
