People need to travel business class to discuss things which they have no idea about. Then go to super expensive restaurants order expensive $$ bottles of wine. This is how my team has behaved.

Bayer is a horrible company. But presents itself as a great company. It is great with DSO, dysfunctional stupid organization. It does not like talented people. Only want people who suck up or flirt with bosses. Pharma is a joke but CH is for people incapable to get job elsewhere. From Paul to Bill and the rest of the RSMs with their pretentious AGM titles, it's clear that the leadership at Bayer Sales is lacking. It's amusing to see how poorly managed this team is. The culture here rewards sycophancy, which drives away talented individuals who recognize their worth. Those who remain are often the ones stuck here, unable to find opportunities elsewhere. It's time for a change in leadership to foster real talent and innovation.
