Who in God’s name is SOS? Do you know how many people have come and gone from leadership roles there? I can’t even keep up anymore. Whoever he is, he will be fired out of the blue as soon as they suck whatever knowledge he has out of him. I only know of one guy who played his cards right for decades by ensuring they couldn’t fire him without losing CVS business. To survive there is to lose your soul.

The problem is HR with oncology! I specifically told KH how bad SOS was before i resigned. When we had a dozen reps leave. SOS and JS couldn’t handle the truth about salaries. I left because i didnt want SOS effecting my career anymore. Exit interview told KH same shit and more people leaving every week since then. SOS is a sexist pig that only like his Bro’s and only cares about himself. The worst ever!!

YES!! An RM got up in front of the WHOLE division and said he loves working with SOS, all they do is BRO OUT!!! HR was there and they just giggled like silly school girls. Guess who got promoted? Its disgusting to watch, but if you are a female you better grin and move on. HR will NOT help you.
