How to get away with ANYTHING here.

Be friendly with upper management, crack jokes around other employees, and wait a few months. They will like you, and give you only WARNINGS, no write ups. Eventually you can sell drugs, take extended breaks, walk around all the buildings pretending to work, do less work, and you will get a raise.

Now if you do the right thing and then slip up and make a mistake (but you're not popular/liked), then the rules apply to you.

honestly yields no reward
they expect a confession by pressuring you with police detective mind games
just lie and act like a narcissistic victim, maybe fake cry, and they will look away

Join a gang, they're not that violent at this company. Once you fit into a group, they will lie, exaggerate, withhold information, and possibly make things up just for you. But you will owe them, so don't drop the soap ;)

It's infuriating when they have big meetings and insinuate that the issues we have in production are on us. We should be nicer to each other and we can all have a great healthy working environment. There's some, not all, but some that mess around and get away with it. If moderation is minimal to no effort, that tells everyone that gets targeted to just throw the rules out of the window and do whatever we feel like. If some people can get away with breaking the law, why can't the rest of us? If some people can do literally NOTHING and somehow put numbers on the tacksheet, while the screaming boss's pet pressures others to "catch up" or "what's wrong with you! why can't YOU tell us YOU have a problem since YOU can't keep up with the fast people!". Stop this lunch in free food nonsense, too many fatties as it is. Food isn't helping. Especially when the food gives people diarrhea or vomiting or rashes over the weekend. Giving a raise would help some, but it wouldn't replace the manager or team leader actually doing their job and getting rid of the workforce that run every department until the supervisors are present.
