How to pass Gallup interview?

Hi,

I have a Gallup interview next week. How do I best prepare for the test? What personality traits is Stryker looking for?

Thanks!
Honestly if you try and fake the Gallup to meet their requested personality traits you’ll likely hate your job or two fail the Gallup. Not trying to be negative but I’ve seen this time and time again from people asking this.

I’m anxious as I have never handled 75+ questions in an hour.

You'll be fine, just answer each question honestly. Don't overthink the question or your answer. Know that Stryker is looking for strong sales reps that are good at relationship building, resilient, confident, competitive, team players that are coachable with a strong work ethic and moral compass. If you possess all these traits naturally, you will do great, just relax ahead of the call and if you still are uncomfortable and want to do a couple of practice questions, this is always an option with ChatGPT. Not exactly like being on the call and in the moment, but at least it will give you some idea of the types of questions you may expect. I think these types of personality tests are fun and insightful. I too am interviewing, but I'm not so sure of my thoughts on a 100% commission role, as this is something I've never done before. I'm worried after taxes and expenses, I'll end up taking a pay cut from my current role. I am one that will prefer to go into the Gallup naturally and relaxed to come off as my authentic self. It doesn't hurt to have some examples of situation questions typed out and printed ready for the interview. That is my game plan. Enjoy and good luck.
