Haven't heard anything new to report on when/if it will be approved.

When the failure was first announced, Swanson made it sound like it would be a week or two and the FDA change their mind.

It's all bullshit. TriPath cannot get anything through the FDA and BD recognizes that. BD certainly cannot leave their oncology investment in TriPath's hands.
