I had a phone screen with recruiter and HR about a month ago. Spoke to a manager last week that is not the HS manager, but is a derm manager out of another state, but said wants reps in a meeting in early October. Has anyone heard next steps? Talked to an actual HS manager? Is everything going internal? Any luck for external candidates??? Any info would be great

I’ve heard they are basically letting their psoriasis reps get first dibs for HS and the territory. Every manager for HS at UCB was a psoriasis manager prior. No external. Which is wild. Then will back will those ones psoriasis roles which has a million competitors. HS is 2nd Biologic to market, hope it becomes first in class. But they love to promote from within.

Not true. 1 psoriasis manager shifted to HS. Most psoriasis reps did not apply for the HS roles

Okay. Well, when all the BMS reps move over to UCB and you find out the hard way that your time was wasted, allow this to be the warning you wish you had beforehand. Multiple candidates have withdrawn due to internal hiring and Bristol myers take over.
Example- Ryan Mullet.

Actually this isn’t true. The hired external people. At least one moved over from Rhuem.

Rodman brought over his bitches. Just wait and see how toxic UCB becomes with this mess. Also, 6 interviews is a joke. I know four people that made it to Dallas, and every one of them only made it that far because UCB required two candidates be sent to the final. They hiring managers each chose a friend to bring on board over very solid candidates. HS is a shit show. The derm reps in place should have gotten that indication. Total BS.
