HST and Connected Care - RUN and save yourself!

Warning: Proceed with Caution (or Better Yet, Run from HST & Connected Care)

If you’re considering a job in HST or Connected Care… don’t walk—sprint in the opposite direction. This segment has been underperforming like it’s an Olympic sport—four straight years of “meh” with no medal in sight. The Hillrom acquisition? Let’s just say it was a $ 6B+ punchline. And the integration? A tragic sequel no one asked for.

Raez should’ve been shown the door in season one, yet somehow he’s still starring in this slow-motion trainwreck. Donny Patel is part tech visionary, part chaos muppet—equal parts brilliance and bedlam, with bonus ego. Chris Benassi? Thinks he’s Moses parting the Red Sea, but mostly just spills the wine and calls it a miracle. He has the EQ of an ant (ant will win).

Meanwhile, all the real talent has either escaped or is halfway out the door, leaving behind a crew that’s more “Dumpster Fire: The Series” than high-performing team.

In short: avoid at all costs unless you’re into drama, dysfunction, and watching another titanic take on water in real time.

Yes☝️! Not just HST/connected care, bur the whole Baxter. Stay far away from this place if you care about your mental sanity and physical wellbeing. All the depts in IT i.e Nutrition, IV fluids, Pumps, & Pharma is in deep trouble. Its basically a dumpster fire with all the issues we are having with IV pumps, fluids, & Nutrition.

Yes☝️! Not just HST/connected care, stay away from all the Baxter depts/job postings. If you care about mental sanity & physical wellbeing, do not come to this place. Depts in ITT i.e Nutrition, Infusion Pumps, IV fluids, Advanced Surgery, & Pharma are in big trouble. You heard troubles about IV pump (read the other post titled novum iq), Nutrition & IV fluids are in siImilar situatiin. If you come here just know you'll be dealing with dumpster fire & shitty leadership at all levels. They have no money for innovation, sustaining, or people & HR sucks.

Wow! So glad i left that shit house months ago… stay until they pay you out to capitalize your seniority (until they bankrupt and pay nothing anymore) or leave as fast as you can if you are not in this case… absolutely nothing to hope here…

I'm so glad i left this place when i did last year. This place is a shithole.I had a manager who would not listen to concerns & potential soln I brought. All she cared about was her perfect powerpoint decks to appease and kiss leadership ass. She would literally yell at us (team) and make condescending comments. She probably lost 4 people in two year span. Even when i reportered her to HR, they did nothing to her and she made my life miserable. So just be aware of what you'll be getting into if you come here. Basically like everyone said above, stay the hell away from this place. No amt of money is worth the mental stress you'll be experiencing.

HST is a joke . Outside USA is a declining business with total lack of innovation , massive qualities issues specially in FlC and GSS and without any intention to reverse the situation from top management .

I had the same situation. Reported my manager who was making everyone's lives miserable and HR did nothing for 2 years. Thank God this guys ended up getting fired as part of cuts but not for performance and complaints. They don't give a F about employees here.
