If only……you may find the rare company with less BS, but for the most part it ends up being same BS, different company name on the paycheck. Best of luck to you finding what you are looking for.

Secured a role in a real sales environment and have pathways to promotion in 6 figures and bonus. This industry is a joke. I did it for a moment but understand this in 2022 if your only experience is pharma (young person or old), you will have a hard time finding another job that pays you anything close to this. And this pay is a joke (unless biotech or specialty, which most of you are not ), so if you think it's a lot then you are in for a wake-up during a layoff and can't get a contract role quickly.

I laugh as you all sweat the next ride along as your access dwindles and the caterer you used has a delay in your lunch and that pisses off all your MAs. LMAO GOOD LUCK (AND IN PRIMARY CARE NO LESS.)
