I HATE THIS PLACE



Actavis was a great place to work There was a commitment to be THE Women's Health Company or Urology Company etc. For the most part you were given huge territories but were left a lone to run them. No rah rah shit. Just adults being treated like Professionals
Then comes Forest who value Quantity over Quality. And put hodge podge groups together (CPU anyone?) They treat us like little kids by shoveling shit down our throats and telling us how awesome things are. But when confronted with facts, tell you to go away. Forest was probably a great company for new reps to learn the Industry in a Boot Camp sort of way. But based on the age of most of their reps, the turnover had to be astronomical
To be fair, people have said how great it was to work at Forest. That may or may not be true. But if it is don't you find it odd that when you merge two Companies who were good to work for you get this abortion of an Enterprise?

Family reunions are confusing for him. It appears this is true for much of upper management. (Hi Dad; I mean uncle Billy-bob; or is that cousin Billy-bob?)

Customer image is already shot! Interviewees should know what they are in for - and then run like hell!

You are dead wrong. We have been very successful bringing in new Actavians. They listen to us and do as they are told.

Look you fartbag I worked at Forest and hated joining you a holes !! I am amazed at how many ther are here. It was a major step down in presstigue when we came over. I was a P Club winner, and have many awards from Forest. It is no longer fun to come to work, and I miss the Friday afternoon socials.
