We look at performance first always, We keep the top performers! Yeah sure, how many top performers are let go every lay off, lots! It is geography and in this case, more so the contract...it is done no matter how well you are doing, the All star top people on the contract were rolled in last Novemeber....DONE!

Thanks for proving my point, kept the top performers. Plus, even if they don't keep me at least I'll make some $. Since doing my job is the only thing I can control....guess I'll do that.
