I miss JS.

The difference is JS ALWAYS made time for EVERYONE on a personal level without having to catch a buzz prior to doing so. JS is passionate about the industry, not merely trying to survive another weeks pay check without getting a pink slip. JS is missed no doubt although in a way better place now. For those that came after JS, you never knew how good it was to have great leadership, so what you have now may feel pretty darn good - or - pretty scary laden with daily anxiety whether or not you will be around after the holidays.

Doubt French will see this, nor would they care as there's no women at the top of the food chain within the organization.

French organizations historically do not have women in executive positions. The French culture is male dominated.

She started this thread - I guarantee it....some people need to just move on.
