I Want to Come Back

Serious replies only please. I left Gilead a year ago for the bright lights of another company with dreams of easy money and early retirement. You know the rest. I know would like to come back. Is there a chance? If so, who do I talk to?
 








There is HOPE! A few examples would be JZ, MS, and MH. The best advice would be to reach out to the contacts you had in your therapeutic area and be up front and direct about your current situation. Have them start to reach out to HR and the therapeutic VP's and start the conversation of why they support you to come back. If that fails I would reach out to the "head hunters" that work directly for Gilead and approach as if you are beginning a new process with Gilead and have them provide some advice....Keep in mind they work on commission so they could care less if you are hired or not.

Your kidding me right, must be Scott B or one of his flunkies again. No one would ever want to come back to this place. I'm just waiting patiently for an opening for a company that I kno will be there in Jan. and I will be done with this unethical nightmare they call a company.

Has to be management, we knew they posted, but now they're starting threads? Really? Wow.

I hate this place, I'm in cardiopulmonary and I'm totally miserable as is everyone in my division. Can't wait to leave, if someone actually wants to come back, please take my spot.

Thanks for the serious responses. I've begun the process. I was definitely not in the CV division. I've never seen a bigger group of malcontents. Grow up. I hope to be working with the rest of you guys soon. Thanks.

What an asshole! You're calling others malcontents? You're the one that left. And now you want to come back? Were they mean to you, did they not live up to all the wonderful promises...You grow up and stay gone, and your welcome for the serious response
