Maybe the graduate students weren’t done writing the formulas they use to confuse and distract the sales teams from its intended purpose. Doesn’t matter what it is, it’ll still have unattainable growth smeared all over the top.
 


And even more weighting of the impact measures with the subtraction of the KPIs. 20%?! I was told that DP brought this impact measure idea here from GSK, where it was a complete failure and was then reversed to a standard bonus plan. How long is that BS going to last before they admit that it was a bad idea?
Any time your IC plan starts to get this complicated, run. Everyone on my team, including our manager, was pissed after that call.

Well we do get a 'twofer', so we've got that going for us. which is nice.
 


Welcome to the shitshow! Let’s be honest, this IC plan sucks, the last one did and the one before that. They always will. No new ideas either. How about making it simple and motivating? Is that too much to ask? Simple and motivating (and not this leadership team’s definition of motivating).

They are desperate for more sales and yet they fail to adequately motivate the very team that has to sell it.

They want performance make it 100% performance . You have the diabetes side D&Es relying on 30% of their bonus on how the OCS does. At least on the E side they can't even impact it only the ENDOs.
 






This company has steered away from performance on the IC PLANS . No true incentive to work hard and make money. Ozempic $for Nbrx good the rest - let's all rely on someone else to take care of it for me
