Typical how they pile all this on top of Pre-POA work and POA coming up. This crap should have been released 2 months ago.

Just another cluster f$ck driving employees away and decreasing morale lower than ever.

POA should be a blast with endless role plays and assessments to make our lives more miserable.

Agree, I've never been more angry and demoralized. I cannot even look my dm or rd in the face because i will either vomit or go off on them.

You on' actually think that either the DM or RD has ANYTHING to do with IC or any roll out. Do you? It's all LP and SM.

Actually, the new IC is fine, I won't have to work as hard trying to sell when I have a new opportunity. I don't have to try as hard to grow business as it's capped now. The company will exempt so many scripts and that's got to save them money, however, this move will lead to more reps leaving. Hiring new reps cannot be cost effective. But, who cares, we have absolutely no say in anything, just be robots and check your boxes kids!
