Yeah your going to make less! This happens year after year. Why do you think the reps that got large payouts a few years back are gone? Everyone one on the ortho team is underpaid especially on salary. Wait till you get a call from a recruiter and they tell you what the going base salary is for a buy and bill rep. LOL you'll leave as well. Only people making more IC/salary is everyone above the NSD
