Add in a film crew and this place is the setting for Idiocracy 2. I’ve never seen such incompetence in my life. A bug has a higher IQ than some of the people we’ve brought in or retained and shouldn’t have. How is the place still afloat or the bigger question how much longer will it be?

Not much longer. R&D cuts will cost sales jobs and incompetent HED/HD's will finally get let go

The field couldn’t be so fortunate. Some of these HDs are on a year long vacation. Genentech has become a place for the rejects. No one wants to be held accountable.
