I was wrong thinking I'd have to do an exit interview when I left. No wnder people inside have no idea how bad the RBDs and ADs really are. Another Rich Kahr miss.
There's no transparency within Pacira. No accountability either. No management development program(s). There once was a management assessment program conducted by an outside company. This was back in the Kaplan days. Not surprising, Pete Murphy, former VP of Sales, received the lowest assessment score of all the RBDs who attended. For those newer, Murphy and Glenn Reiser, backed by Dennis McLoughlin, made a clandestine road trip to Dave Stack's home pleading for the removal of then VP of Sales, Tom Sluby (the only AA with an executive position). Instead of helping Sluby, they did everything in their power to hidner his success. Stack took the bait, put Murphy in VP role and promoted Reiser from a failed IDN role/then Terrible RBD to AD. Also for those that don't know, Reiser had let Pacira to go to work for convicted criminal, Frank Reynolds. He had lied about his role with Pacira to get that job, subsequently, he was fired by Reynolds. How Pacira re-hired a turncoa and liar still amazes me. Pacira is just a bizarre place to work. People trying to look busy. Leadership just mimicking back to upper management the same rhetoric voiced by Stack.
For giggles and grins, google Erol Onel, former Pacira Medical Director. Can't make that stuff up.
