This is not clinical expertise. This is still memorized role play. Raising the bar on clinical expertise would be the ability to discuss what lipid disorder plays a role in PVD, or what is an endarterectomy, or when do you do an echo vs a nuke?????? I cannot believe how upper mgt thinks that stressing us out over the summer making us memorize role play NOT UPPING OUR CLINICAL KNOWLEDGE will really make us leaders in the field. They don't have a clue.
 


If you stress over this BS you need to wise up. None of this crap matters. Its only a lame try to distract everyone from the fact we are going down the tubes fast and trying to make people focus and actually work.

did this for years in CSS. you have a dm, someone from training, someone from marketing - now, we have dms from css and dss.

everyone has their own "interpretation" of what good it.

just burp it up and go to your room. nothing more than that. They will pick some shiny winner and throw a few dollars your way.
 


This is the biggest joke. We have no clear direction. We've had Meeti
G after meeting and direction after direction about this just to have another email come out with different direction. I'd we are doing this someone think this through come out with a plan and stick to it. This is just another example of leadership trying to justify their jobs. Stop with FLUFF. Non of are interested in fluff amd can right through it. Some of actually take this job serious and this caotix whirlpool of fluff is demoralizing. Some I'm leadership admit this is a mess and let's get back to selling.
 


This is NOT increasing our clinical knowledge. This is just memorization role play crap. It does not increase clinical knowledge to better converse with a physician. Management is so disconnected and in their own world.
 


Total disconnect. This is becoming embarrassing. The whole thing has changed 6 times. Please. Let is focus on selling and distracting the field with this circus. Please. For those of us that take this job serious
