I'm on a PIP

I'm having to do a bunch of busy work, I can't change my territory numbers. They are what they are. Also have to ride with my fool teammates. I'm a short timer now. So, to those that understand it's territory based and not rep dependent I wish you luck.

For those that want to crack wise you can smoke my butt hairs.

Big differences in territory size and travel for a product that requires high maintenance, but same expectations. Pretty sure some were designed to run people off. Management refuses to admit channel is the problem. Doctors want it but getting it is a nightmare.

Use your PIP as a 2 month paid job search. PIPs are not designed to be “made”, they are designed to remove you from the payroll through a process so that the company can’t be sued.

My husband went on a PIP and he was 165% to plan and the oldest rep on his team. He was pushed out based on age and turned around and threatened to sue for it and got a nice severance package. A PIP is ypur last chance to find another job before you get fired.

Don't believe all of the "we don't retaliate" blather. They do retaliate. HR is not your friend and compliance is used to punish those they want to get rid of, especially older reps. The #1 on my team completely ignores compliance and the ASM covers for her.

What do you mean by nice severance package?
