Impax implicated with Endo on FTC Antitrust violation

Read the news??.... Impax part of scheme with Endo. Committed Antitrust violations... wonder what will happen to their cash flow?? Wonder if all their "generic" products will be investigated by FTC to see if there was anything else underhanded with any other companies..
 

read article. Endo gave Impax unfair advantage to sell a generic pain pill before going off patent. Impax had 6month exclusivity after pill went generic. Unfair trade practice under FTC Antitrust laws. Money was exchanged between Endo and Impax. Illegal. I would guess FTC will investigate ALL Impax generics now... Will be costly for company.

How is this surprising? Ask Impax about the 300mg Wellbutrin generic that was as effective as placebo. Or the Hayward violations? You don't have to dig deep to see how mismanaged this company is.
 
So true. Feds shutdown Hayward plant... Wall street looking heavily at Rytary success. No Medicare formulary coverage. How quickly will that drug tank with no coverage??? Zomig Nasal Spray in a generic market?? Why do you think AZ dumped that product?
