LOL! So true! So many buffoons and morons get promoted here for absolutely no reason. HR just rubber stamps everything.

They have no influence what so ever. HR should be the check that balances the company… unfortunately, their role is to placate to the four under qualified sales VPs and corporate “leadership”.
